We want you to feel as good as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unworn and unwashed SWAG Boxers. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure health and safety standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
